Student Tutors

My name is Tianna Stevens and I am 20 years old. I currently study a Bachelor of Arts / Bachelor of Education (Secondary) at the University of Queensland where I have chosen to pursue Modern/Ancient History and Digital Media/Cultures as my teaching areas. I graduated in 2016 from Bradfield Senior College in NSW with several Academic Excellence awards but I am most proud of the recognition I received for being a role model to my peers. I have always dreamed of contributing something important to this world in the hopes of making it a better, more equitable place. Ultimately, I chose to pursue education as a career because it can change a person’s situation in life and is the most effective tool to achieve equality around the globe. I hope to use my role as a teacher to strive for a more inclusive and nurturing education system in which young people, like myself, can be given a chance to live a better life. Due to my passion for education I am extremely dedicated to my work as a tutor and take my role seriously. I hope to help your child excel in their studies and feel pride in their hard work.
