Hi, my name is Mitch and I have a massive passion for sport and healthy living. I was born in Gosford but moved to Forster when I was 4 years old and have lived here for most of my life. While growing up in Forster, I attended Forster Public School and then both campus in high school. I finished school in 2014 and have since been studying in Armidale at the University of New England, where I have been able to learn content that I am passionate about. During my time at school I was always interested in all learning areas, although mathematics has been my strong point and I still appreciate it to this day. Whilst not teaching, I’m a fully qualified beach lifeguard based on the mid north coast during the school holidays. During this time, using my interpersonal skills is crucial to the successful relationships on the beach. While patrolling the beach I can approach stressful situations in a calm manner. This is a strategy that I implement throughout my daily life whether that be at the beach or in teaching scenarios
