Student Tutors

Hi my name is Makayla and I completed my HSC and graduated Year 12 in 2020. For my HSC I placed 1st (internally) for Advanced and Extension 1 Maths, Advanced English, Biology, CAFS, and Chemistry. I also placed 2nd (internally) for PDHPE. I am currently studying a Bachelor of Pre-Medicine, Science and Health at the University of Wollongong. I am available to tutor 11-12 Biology, CAFS and PDHPE as well as 7-10 Maths. I have a passion for learning and will dedicate my sessions to ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable learning experience for the student. As a recent graduate, I am up to date with the content and syllabus and am able to offer and utilise a variety of study tips and exam prep to strengthen the students understanding. I understand that students are not all alike in their learning, and to ensure a positive learning experience for all students, I will adjust my tutoring to their learning style and ensure that I am always helping to build their confidence as well as their understanding.
