Student Tutors

Hi, I’m Isabella. I am a fourth-year university student studying a Bachelor of Education (primary) at the Queensland University of Technology. I am passionate about the art of teaching and love engaging with the students. When I am in the classroom, I am always trying my best to provide exciting learning experiences that support the children’s academic and personal growth. I have strong interests in literacy, the arts and inclusive education. Over the course of my studies, I have obtained a Literacy/English specialisation and have completed numerous units regarding the arts and inclusive education. On top of these fantastic units, I have also developed my understanding of all aspects of teaching and learning. With this knowledge and understanding, I can provide the appropriate support for students who need additional and individualised guidance with their studies from prep to grade ten. My aim is to provide a positive learning environment with resources and learning plans/activities that are appropriate for the students individual learning needs.
