Student Tutors

My name is Emma Sheppard and I am currently a university student studying a Bachelor of Forensic Science with a Crime Scene Investigation major. Post completion, I intend to complete a Masters in Secondary Education and land a career in high school science teaching. For two years, I have diligently worked for the Department of Education as a School Learning and Support Officer, whereby; I assisted students with learning disabilities with their classwork and assessments. My approach to assisting students involves building a rapport, and then using that effective communication to positively enhance their learning. Comfort and time-efficient progression is key. It is in my utmost priorities that my students feel confidant and empowered by the work they achieve with my assistance to guide them.
