Student Tutors

Hi, my name is Emily. I completed high school in 2016 with an ATAR in the high 80's and then immediately began studying a Bachelor of Arts at Macquarie University. I obtained my Bachelor of Arts in August 2020 and studied both English Literature and Ancient History. My passion for English studies began in my study of Advanced, Extension 1 and Extension 2 English for my ATAR years. I am truly enthusiastic about both English and History which is why I hope to not only tutor and teach students, but to hopefully ignite for them an enthusiasm in these areas too. My teaching style is to connect these subjects to what each individual student is interested in. I am excited to assist students and help them through their educational journey, in all ways possible. Each subject I can tutor are subjects that I have studied myself and am therefore aware of the responsibilities, workloads and style of writing that each subject necessitates. I look forward to helping you achieve your goals.
