Hi there, I'm Eliza and I graduated from St. Peter's Catholic College in 2019. For as long as I can remember, I have been extremely passionate about writing, which has led me to studying a Bachelor of Communications (Journalism) and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies at the University of Technology Sydney. In completing this degree, I aspire to become a valuable journalist, tackling global stories and being the best writer I can possibly be. During my HSC, I was thoroughly engaged with my subjects, especially English, Modern History and Society and Culture. Although it was challenging, my results were overall rewarding after years of hard work and study. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, travelling, drinking tea (a little too much) and hanging out with my friends! I am also a massive nerd for Japanese culture and earlier this year, I lived out my dream of visiting the beautiful and wondrous Japan. Despite my many interests, I am a conscientious and resilient individual who is always up for a challenge, or sushi. As a tutor, my primary objective is to share my passion for academic English and writing and to help others who struggle with English and HSIE at school.
