Student Tutors

Hello there! My name is Bonnie Burns and I am 20 years old. I grew up on a farm in a small country town in East Gippsland. I completed my VCE at Nagle College Bairnsdale in 2017 and since moved to Melbourne to study a Bachelor of Criminology Degree at Deakin University. I am currently in my second year and thoroughly enjoying and excelling in each of my subjects. I have a passion for helping people, which was influenced greatly by my beautiful mother who is a primary school teacher with a nurturing, caring and understanding nature. I have experience in tutoring from my previous job, teaching people how to use technology. From the schools I have attended and my work experience, I have encountered a diverse range of backgrounds and abilities. I recognise that everyone has different ways of learning and I will adjust the techniques and approaches to ensure my student can thrive. I hope to build their confidence by developing a trust between us and making education enjoyable. I’m excited to hear from you and help you reach your goals!
