Student Tutors

I describe myself as being a kind and approachable person, that values highly individual difference and diversity. I am above all, patient and understanding in my approach to tutoring. In 2016, I received a Bachelor of Arts at the University of Queensland majoring in Anthropology and Religion and received my Certificate of Education at Brigidine College in 2011. At University, I received a Dean's Commendation of Excellence Award and at my High School I was Dux of Geography and Social Justice Captain, also receiving an award for outstanding service in Social Justice oriented work. As a tutor for University students, I specialise in my majors, Anthropology and Religion and at a High School level I specialise in English, S.O.R, Geography and Social Science. I can tutor students in all facets of these subjects but am particularly adept at assignment planning, structure and writing. I understand that each student approaches their studies with a unique perspective and try to cater to these individual learning styles.
